1. We believe in creating impact
Like it or not, determining what has the most impact on your business is not a subjective matter.
We statistically determine what matters most through predictive analytics. Intuiting, assuming, guessing, or workshopping all can lead to the wrong answer, which can be a costly and time consuming mistake.
This doesn’t mean there isn’t a place for subject matter expertise. That comes in after you know where to focus. It’s the how. Let’s just make sure we’re all pointed in the right direction first.
